Hamudo Properties was set up to effectively seize opportunities presented in the competitive luxury residential market in the highbrow corridor of the the country. We quickly made our presence felt in this sector within the first few months of operations by transforming from few residential developments to multiple residential gated communities, while utilizing sound project management skills, effective quality control mechanisms and excellent turnaround time.

Chairman
Anthony Odumah [LLB, BL] is the proprietor of the firm. With 10 years of Legal experience in the field of private and property law, he has been able to bring his vast knowledge to form one of the most sort of firms in the area of property management.
Arc. Basil Odumah
Chief Architect
Arc. Basil Odumah [m.n.i.a] is the project manager of the company. He holds a Masters Degree in Architecture and urban design. He is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects [NIA] M 1607 and also fully registered with Architect Registration Council of Nigeria.
Arc. Henry Madukife
Project Architect
Graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with a B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees in Architecture in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He is a full member of the National Institute of Architects [NIA] M1137 and also fully registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria [ARCON] F1161. Mr. Madukife has 15 years experience in a wide range of Architectural Design.
Charles Mbelede
Services Engineer
Charles Mbelede is the Principal in charge of Electrical/Mechanical Services. His qualifications are as follows:-HND Elec. Eng (YABA). B.Sc. Elect.Eng. (Missouri), Member, Nigeria Society of Engineers, Member, Institution of Lighting Engineers, UK, Member Institute of Engineers, UK, Member Association of Cost engineers, UK, Associate Member Institution of Electrical Engineers, UK, Registered Engineer - Engineering Council.
Chris Okochu
Technical Director
Chris Okochu holds a degree in Construction Engineering. He has over 510 years of experience in the construction industries. He has managed several projects in different parts of the country.
Engr. Kanwei
Structural Engineer
Engr. Kanwei holds a degree and a higher diploma in Building Engineering. He has been in the construction industries for the past 30 years and has worked in various capacities in the federal ministry of works and housing, where he left as an assistant director.
